Incheon to our door, step by step
Everyone else gives you a map pin. A map pin does not tell you who is meeting you, or what the building looks like when you finally reach it. This page breaks the trip from Incheon to our front door into stages — by clinic pickup, and by taxi if you would rather come on your own. Before you travel, your coordinator sends your driver's name and phone number, the exact gate to meet at, and an address card in Korean to show a taxi driver, straight to your phone.

With our airport pickup
About 60–90 minutes from Incheon, depending on traffic
Recommended for your arrival day. Included in the international patient package.
Clear immigration and collect your baggage
Allow around an hour at Incheon. Your driver tracks the flight, so a delay does not strand you.
Meet your driver at the arrivals gate
Your coordinator sends the driver's name, phone number and the exact gate the day before. A card with your name is held at the barrier.
Drive to your hotel or the clinic
Straight to the partner hotel if you land in the evening, or to the clinic if your consultation is the same day.

By taxi, on your own
Time and fare depend on where you start and on the traffic
For when pickup does not fit your schedule, or you are already in Seoul. Beyond showing the driver the Korean address, there is nothing for you to do.
Take a taxi from the rank
At the airport the taxi rank is just outside arrivals; in the city, ask your hotel front desk. Most taxis in Korea accept card payment.
Show the driver the Korean address
Show the address card at the top of this page straight from your screen. Your coordinator sends you the same card before you travel. There is nothing you need to explain in English.
Get out in front of the building
Our building sign is visible from the street. Take the lift to the floor stated in the confirmation message your coordinator sent — the reception desk faces you as you step out.

From the partner hotel
Partner hotels are chosen so that you can walk to the clinic the day after surgery without needing a taxi. Your coordinator sends the walking route with photographs of each turn before you arrive.
What reaches your phone before you travel
- Your driver's name and phone number, and the exact gate to meet at — sent the day before you land
- An address card in Korean to show your taxi driver as it is
- If you stay at a partner hotel, the walking route with a photograph at every turn
Route photographs are being reshot at the actual locations. Until they are published, your coordinator sends the current photographs directly before you travel.
What is around the clinic
The things you need after surgery, within a short walk.
Pharmacy
For anything additional your surgeon prescribes. Staff can call ahead in Korean if you need something specific.
Convenience stores
Open 24 hours. Cold packs, bottled water, soft food and a card-friendly checkout.
Soft food and soup
Restaurants serving porridge and soups, useful in the first days when chewing is uncomfortable.
Cafés to wait in
For a companion travelling with you, or for the gap between two appointments.
Bring these with you
- Your passport, and the appointment confirmation from your coordinator
- A list of medication and supplements you take, including anything without a prescription
- Records of any previous surgery in the same area, if you have them
- Glasses rather than contact lenses on surgery day
- A button-up shirt for the days after surgery, so nothing is pulled over your head
- A hat, a mask and sunglasses if you would rather not be looked at on the walk back
Have the route sent to your phone
Tell us your arrival date and terminal, and your coordinator sends the pickup details, the walking route and a Korean-language address card.
