We publish our pricing policy, not a price list
Most clinics show you numbers you cannot rely on, because the number changes once they see your face. We would rather commit to the thing that actually worries you.
International patients pay the same surgical fee as Korean patients
The fee for an operation is set by the operation, the surgeon and the time in theatre. It is not set by your passport.
No foreigner surcharge
There is no separate international price sheet and no markup applied because you booked from abroad.
No commission built into your fee
Your surgical fee does not change depending on who referred you or which agency you arrived with.
One written quote
After your consultation you receive the quote in writing, itemised, before you decide anything.
Why there is no price list on this page
A published figure for "rhinoplasty" is only true for one specific plan. Two people asking for the same operation can need a different technique, a different graft, a different amount of time under anesthesia. Publishing one number would mean quoting you something we would have to revise the moment we examined you, and a quote that moves is worse than no quote at all.
What we can tell you before you fly: whether surgery is appropriate at all, which approach we would plan, and the range that approach sits in. That is what the video consultation is for.
What the quote covers
- The surgeon's fee for the operation you agreed to
- Anesthesia, including the anesthesiologist attending your operation
- Use of the operating theatre and recovery room
- Standard post-operative visits during your stay in Korea
- Dressings, sutures and the medication dispensed on discharge
- Interpretation throughout consultation, surgery day and follow-up
- Remote follow-up for three months after you return home
What can add to it
None of these are hidden. If any apply to you, they appear on the written quote before you decide.
Revision of surgery performed elsewhere
Previous scar tissue changes the operating time and sometimes the technique required.
Additional grafting material
Some plans need cartilage or other material beyond what the base plan assumes.
Extended stay or an unscheduled visit
If your recovery needs more visits than planned, we tell you before, not after.
Tests you have not already had
Pre-operative bloodwork or imaging, where your own records are not recent enough.
Travel and accommodation
Hotel nights beyond the package, flights, and anything you arrange yourself.
We are a surgical clinic, not a skin-treatment clinic
This matters for what you will be quoted. Clinics built around skin treatments earn from repeat visits, and a surgical consultation there often ends with a package of things to come back for. Our work is operations, performed by board-certified plastic surgeons, and the quote reflects one operation rather than a programme.
- Our surgeons are board-certified specialists in plastic surgery, not general practitioners performing cosmetic procedures.
- We limit the number of operations scheduled in a day so that the surgeon you met is the surgeon who operates.
- If your concern does not need surgery, we will say so. That answer costs you nothing.

Front, 45 degrees and profile, in daylight, with no filter. Tell us what bothers you in your own words.

Video consultation with a surgeon
Not with a salesperson. The surgeon tells you what is possible, what is not, and what they would plan.

Written quote
Itemised, in your language, with what is included and what is not. Valid for a stated period.

In-person examination on arrival
If the examination changes the plan, we tell you before surgery, not after. You can still decline.
Payment and refunds
- Deposit
- A deposit confirms your surgery date. The balance is settled at the clinic.
- Accepted methods
- Major credit cards and bank transfer. Currency and card details are confirmed in writing with your quote.
- If we decline to operate
- If we assess you on arrival and conclude that surgery is not appropriate, your deposit is refunded.
- If you cancel
- Cancellation terms are stated on your quote before you pay anything. Ask if anything is unclear.
Surgical outcomes, recovery and cost vary between individuals. Nothing on this page is a guarantee of a specific result, and no quote is final until a surgeon has examined you in person.
